Every caroler is hand crafted, and unique. No two are exactly the same. from my understanding there are only 100 of each theme. Every outfit worn by the Carolers has hundreds of different fabrics, ribbons, and laces available to be mixed in various combinations to create traditional and victorian Carolers. There are only 100 sets of any design cut for dressing the caroler.
