In this classic “I Love Lucy” episode entitled “Job Switching,” Ricky and Fred tease Lucy and Ethel about how easy it is to be home all day. The wives disagree and challenge their husbands to swap roles for a week. After a difficult job search, Lucy and Ethel land jobs at Kramers Kandy Kitchen. After making complete disasters of their first assignments, they end up in the wrapping department together. At first they do well, but once the conveyor belt speeds up, they can’t keep the pace and start stashing bon-bons everywhere! After being fired, the ladies stagger home to find the men have called off the bet – all four have decided life isn’t neccessarily greener on the other side of trhe fence.
