This snowman with a decorated Christmas tree ornament was handcrafted using fusible glass, glass stringer rods and frit on a clear diamond shaped 4 mm base for strength. The snowman has a black hat and licorice mouth, a carrot nose and a red scarf. The Christmas tree is decorated with red, white and yellow dots. The eyes, nose, and buttons are all pieces that I had previously fused to make them smooth and then lightly fused to the snowman. There is a dusting of glass frit “snow” on the background.
