Each sculpture in the Original Masterpiece Collection is first hand-carved from aged Linden wood by the master carver. The sculpture then travels to the painter and sometimes as many as five artists will contribute the artistic ability in order to complete a single piece. Each figurine is meticulously freehand painted by applying layer upon layer of watercolor, acrylic or other paint until the desired depth of color has been achieved.
