The Space Shuttle was developed by NASA to be a partially reusable launch system and orbital spacecraft. Five shuttles were built, Columbia, Challenger, Discovery, Atlantis and Endeavor. They were used for a total of 135 missions from 1998 – 2011. Our little Space Shuttle comes complete with an astronaunt waving out to you.
